1. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data

3. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be processed under KVKK Articles 5.2 and 6.3 without your explicit consent to fulfill legal obligations, establish or perform a contract, comply with legal requirements, exercise or protect a legal right, and for the protection of our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms. Additionally, your Personal Data may be processed under KVKK Articles 5.1 and 6.2 with your explicit consent for the purposes specified in the full Clarification Text on our website. By registering in our customer database, you explicitly consent to the processing of your Personal Data, except in exceptional cases.

4. Retention Period of Your Personal Data

The Personal Data you share with BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ through the mentioned channels will be processed in compliance with KVKK and other applicable regulations, and will be retained as long as the legitimate purposes stated above remain valid.
